The Director General of South Asia of the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Mr. Seyed Rasoul Mousavi comments before the site Khamanei.ir various aspects of the foreign policy of “looking east”, which is being implemented by the administration of the president Ebrahim Raisi. His conclusion remarks are: “Iran is ready to cooperate with all kinds of global strategies within the framework of national interests and under its own “neither Eastern, nor Western” policy”

Following the collapse of the Soviet Union, the Cold War ended, but the international hegemony of Western and American dominance continued. Independent countries such as the Islamic Republic of Iran, due to their anti-hegemonic and anti-colonial nature, have made interaction and strengthening relations with countries outside the Western bloc a foreign policy priority.

While maintaining principles and considerations, this policy has a special place for Ayatollah Khamenei. The site KHAMENEI.IR has conducted an interview with Mr. Seyed Rasoul Mousavi, Professor of International Relations and Director General of South Asia of the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to examine this issue in more detail.

Revoluția islamică din Iran (1979) este un eveniment de primă importanță în regiune în ultimii 40 de ani. Este unul dintre primele cazuri în care islamul politic preia puterea în Marele Orient Mijlociu. Dar Revoluția Islamică nu vine într-un loc gol. A fost pregătită atât de evenimentele istorice din secolul al XX-lea din Iran (mai ales de lovitura de stat americano-britanică împotriva lui Mohammad Mosaddegh din 1953), cât și de căutările politice, filosofice și literare ale intelectualilor iranieni din perioada dintre 1953 și 1979.

Тя е и един от първите случаи, в които политическият ислям овладява властта в Големия Близък Изток. Но Ислямската революция не идва на празно място. Тя се подготвя както от историческите събития през ХХ век в Иран (най-вече американо-британския преврат срещу Мохаммад Мосаддег през 1953 г.), така и от политическите, философски и литературни търсения на иранските интелектуалци в периода между 1953 г. и 1979 г.

The Islamic Revolution in Iran (1979) has been resonating as an event of prime importance in its region for the last 40 years. It is one of the first cases, when the political islam takes over the power in the Great Middle East. But the Islamic Revolution doesn’t come at an empty place. It was prepared both by the historic events of the 20^th century in Iran (most of all by the American-British coup d’etat against Mohammad Mosaddegh in 1953) and by the political, philosophical and literary searches of the Iranian intellectuals in the period between 1953 and 1979.

The volume of bilateral trade between Iran and Romania amounts to only 40 million euro in the first half of 2020, says Neda Raefipour, economic adviser at the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Bucharest

Economic relations between Iran and Romania have always been stable and positive. But in the first six months of 2020 the volume of bilateral trade has reached only 40 million euro. However Neda Raefipour – economic adviser at the Iranian embassy in Bucharest, believes that there are many opportunities for cooperation between Romania and Iran and their private sectors. She gave an interview to the Bourse newspaper about the main areas of cooperation between Romania and Iran, but also about the existing opportunities in the bilateral relations.

Relaţiile economice dintre Iran şi Româ­nia s-au fost în permanenţă într-un cadru pozitiv, deşi primele luni ale anului 2020 au înregistart scăderi ale volumului schimburilor comerciale bilaterale ajungând la o valoare de doar 40 de milioane de euro. Cu toate acestea, oportunităţile de cooperare dintre ţările noastre sunt multiple, iar o mai mare mobilitate a sectorului privat atât din Iran, cât şi din România poate duce la îmbunătăţirea relaţiilor comerciale bilaterale, consideră doamna Neda Raefipour, consilier economic al Ambasadei Republicii Islamice Iran la Bucureşti. Domnia sa ne-a acordat un interviu în care ne-a vorbit despre principalele arii de cooperare dintre ţările noastre, dar şi despre oportunităţile pe care le putem fructific.

Икономическите отношения между Иран и Румъния са постоянни. Но през първия месец на 2020 г. обемът на търговския стокообмен спадна на 40 млн. евро. Въпреки това има много възможности за сътрудничество между Румъния и Иран. По-голяма свобода за движение на частния сектор в двете страни може да допринесе за подобряване на двустранната търговия, смята госпожа Неда Раефипур – икономически съветник в посолството на Ислямска република Иран в Букурещ. Тя даде това интервю на румънското списание “Борса”, като говори за основните области на стопанско сътрудничество между Иран и Румъния, както и за възможностите, от които румънците могат да се възползват.

Prof. Reza Davari este filozof iranian, preşedintele Academiei ştiinţelor din Iran de la 1998. A fost editorul-şef multor jurnale ştiinţifice iraniene. Carieria lui academică e legată cu publicarea celor 50 cărţi în sfera filozofiei şi a celor peste 700 articole la conferinţe, seminare şi în jurnale diferite. Peste 40 cărţi şi articole ale profesorului Davari sunt traduse în limba engleză, cea rusă, cea arabă, cea franceză şi altele. Totodată omul de ştiinţă a ocupat poziţii de conducere în educaţia înaltă şi în sfera culturii din Iran. Între 1980 şi 1982 a fost director Comisiei naţionale iraniene a UNESCO.

Domnule Davari, după intrarea în forţa a acordul nuclear există mai intensivă colobarare politică şi economoică între Iran şi Occident. Dacă aceste relaţii au ajuns la o etapă calitativ nouă?

Проф. Реза Давари е ирански философ, председател на Академията на науките на Ислямска република Иран от 1998 г. Бил е главен редактор на редица ирански научни издания. Академичната му кариера е свързана с издаването на 50 книги в областта на философията и над 700 публикации на различни конференции, семинари и в журнали. Повече от 40 книги и публикации на професор Давари са преведени на английски, руски, арабски, френски и други езици. Паралелно с работата си на изследовател, ученият е заемал и управленски позиции във висшето образование и културата. Между 1980 г. и 1982 г. е бил директор на Иранската национална комисия за ЮНЕСКО.
