The Director General of South Asia of the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Mr. Seyed Rasoul Mousavi comments before the site Khamanei.ir various aspects of the foreign policy of “looking east”, which is being implemented by the administration of the president Ebrahim Raisi. His conclusion remarks are: “Iran is ready to cooperate with all kinds of global strategies within the framework of national interests and under its own “neither Eastern, nor Western” policy”

Following the collapse of the Soviet Union, the Cold War ended, but the international hegemony of Western and American dominance continued.
